Michelle has 15+ years working in global immigration which included 7 years with one of the largest immigration law firms. She has supported hundreds of companies, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500’s, with their global immigration needs and has coordinated immigration processes for every region around the world.

She founded Global Mobility Partners (GMP) because she saw a solution for the thousands of U.S. immigration law firms that do not offer outbound immigration services. She believes that the key to a successful global immigration program is having a single point of contact with in-depth global knowledge.
